The Academy was founded to serve as a platform that assist and empower individuals as well as organisations to improve their performance to be able to work at their peak. The academy is a 100 % black owned training and consultation services provider based in Johannesburg.
The main objective of the academy is to offer comprehensive human capital and organisational development solutions through world class training programmes, coaching, secretarial, organisational development and corporate governance consultations services. We offer both public and in-house courses, using advanced technology and current information to empower individuals and organisations to become high performers.
